Six Months On

Six months on and driving it every day, I just love this car. I run a Chauffeuring business and use

Mercedes 'S' & L405. The L405 gets asked for over and above the 'S' my customers seem to love it as much as I do.

What sort of mileage have you covered? Any issues?

The one major problem was the 'Rotary Drive Selector' would not engage. That took them a month to fix ( JLR hired a R SE for that month at a cost of £8K to them) Then I had a tracker fitted, and the dealer (Harwoods Croydon) managed to put a dent in the drivers door and a scratch above the off-side front wheel arch. And lastly (hopefully) the lower door trim on the back off-side door fell off. But we are all fixed now and running very well.
The wood is Shadow-Walnut, I think it looks best and doesn't show the finger marks as much as the piano black.

Do you happen to have any pictures of the front interior? I know you're more likely to be advertising the back seats but I've seen very few real images of the Shadow Walnut and would love to see the front. I chose it for mine but that's still a few months away from being delivered.
