I am such a geek, following on from the OP's initial post....

Per 'How Many Left' there are 169k vehicles from the 'Range Rover' family currently licensed in the UK
http://www.howmanyleft.co.uk/family/land_rover_range_rover

Extrapolating the poll results: 4,232 members, of which 60% have a sticker = 2,540
Odds of seeing a Range Rover in the UK with a fullfatRR sticker = 66:1

Using confirmed stickers = 35
Odds of seeing a Range Rover in the UK with a fullfatRR sticker = 4,819:1
