Is the spare wheel well dry? Excess moisture can live in here. But to your question, I rarely put it on due to the A/C sorting out the damp air. |

I have the water shedder but I can't find any instructions anywhere how to actually fit it. There is a difference between knowing your sh!t and knowing you're sh!t

Thanks. The supplying dealer is found to try and sort the leak when they take the car back. I will try and got thereafter shedder at the weekend if dry. Only dampness evident is around the spare wheel, nothing obvious in the sides. Is the seal most likely? There is a difference between knowing your sh!t and knowing you're sh!t

Whilst a water shedder may well stop water leaking into a car cascading over the valuable electrical gubbins located in the rear compartment it does not stop the water coming into the car in the first place and in the right conditions going on to form condensation over all the components including those under the shedder.
