Ok have had a bit of a peruse on eBay, at there are later head units available for the 2010> models as well as lower panel with AC controls.

Are they at all interchangeable with the 2007-2009 model. Was thinking if it was possible to unplug the old and plug in the new that I may invest a few hundred to upgrade. Guessing it's not that straight forward and they probably aren't compatable with each other. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
