CD changer not working?

I have finally got everything up and running except the cd changer doesn't work... It doesnt seem to power up, not a selectable item on the computer and the fuse is fine.

What else could it be?

Oh, I don't know. how can I check? The CD changer easy to take out to check?

A bit off topic I know, but in 8 years of ownership I have never tried the the CD changer, I do know it is in the glove box, Radio 2/4 does me... must be getting old Very Happy

I've recently bought a Vogue and the Clarion CD changer wouldn't work, turned out to be burned out inside so dealer is sourcing a replacement.
