So we recently had a snow storm which brought about 8-10 inches (nothing to complain about) , but soon turned to rain mid-day and continued falling all through the night. The next day everything was slippery and covered in a 1 inch sheet of solid ice. I had to drive to a house under construction with no driveway (snow, rocks, slushy wet mud, ice, and more ice)and from public road to driveway to home it was about 1 mile of ripped up terrain from heavy work equiptment. My Range Rover plus 2 commercial work Ford F-250's and my friend (the contractor) in his X5. I was the only one to make it end to end. Here is the big pink barge starting off its adventure of ice breaking in the winter tundras of New Jersey.
