It's not a case of the officers "showing him who he's messing with" as such. Watch the video again- he drives off whilst the officer is stood in the open passenger door. He could've quite easily dragged that officer along the road. Yet the officer remains calm and follows him for 15 minutes. No anger shown and correct police procedure used when he eventually stops.

^ I'm with you the man was a full time arse and it sound like he has been trying it on all his life but I feel this is all the responsibility of the officers management team not keeping on top of this one . 2008 MY Supercharged

Lets be honest, The cops didn't exactly use a lot of force. If it had been the states or somewhere like that they would have been stopped in a much more vicious manner. If it was the PSNI then he may not be so grumpy about it.
