Any advice please

Newbie here, just about to purchase a 2006MY 4.2 SC VSE, it's got 128k miles and had cam belt done recently. It's got full RR Service history. Just wondering if there is anything you guys reckon I should get done as a precaution when I get it. I have come from an X5 which recommended transfer box and gearbox oil change at 100k as the gearboxes had a habit of letting go at that mileage.

Anything I should look out for?

I'll get the gearbox and diff oils changed as my first task.
