Just goit my new key from RR

It starts the car but does not work the RCL


Tried the instructions posted here:

New key worked

But now the old key does not work the RCL

Messed about a bit and it seems that step 7 in the ablove is not working. Only 1 car can be programmed for the RCL.

Anyone any ideas, or is it a trip to the Indie?

Sounds like they supplied the wrong key...... I think that you can only have two coded and any new ones, cancel the old key off. The keys will be number say, 1 and 2. If they sent you the one key, to replace key 2 then your goosed and need them to change it. I think  My Previous RR's!

Don't you have to program both keys in succession? Thats what I was told by my indie. 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded

I thought they would program it for you or at least tell you!

My spare key also starts/unlocks the car but doesnt work RCL. TDV8 HST Sport **Current**
