What about facelifts Gaz - in your experience have they devalued the cars you've sold? |

Yes they have based on what you spend. You will rarely get back what you invest on a proper 2012 facelift. I only do it on MY CARS for my enjoyment and then sell them for what I paid when I want a change. I originally did a few for profit (over two years ago) and I did not make any. Remember I am not a converter I just like doing them. So stick that up your Swiss Trumpet |

Yes home servicing adds nothing, Indy a bit and Main Dealer a lot in terms of ease of sale. Stamps mean prizes... |

There are a plethora of Land/Range Rovers in the NJ.NY.CT.LI. area and I have been really debating starting up my own pre-owned Rover business because of the interest and love I have for them. Source out Defenders for potential buyers, Discos, Rangies you name it. Agree on no modifications but if the vehicle is clean with a few modifications it can increase the price substantively. Keep you posted on my venture. Thanks for the Bible advice on used car prices and depreciation. |
