Not a problem, but I have just ordered an alternator off of t'internet and a new belt.

I am about to set off following T24RES's how to (well when it stops raining and i have bought my tool home), and the coolant needs draining. Again not a massive problem.

Is it OK to put any PINK coolant in. Halfrauds do one i have used as a top up but not too sure for the whole job lot. Obviously GREEN/BLUE is a no no.

And I'm assuming it will be a 50/50 mix.

would something like this do the job to save buying gen LR part no. fluid which is 2x as much....

I have used that and it was fine. I did mix it with distilled water though

might jet get a couple of tubs of ready mixed.  There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
