I'd give 7.5k for it if he took all the blingy crap off it, changed the wheels and exhaust. I expect the value to increase once it was returned to standard and not looking like something you'd park up at McDonalds wearing a baseball cap (back to front naturally), hoodie over said baseball cap and a silver H Samual chain that doubled up as a motorcycle security device.

I've asked how much he would sell it for if he removes and keeps all the chrome junk.

His reply was :

My father in law doesn't have any other exhaust, he wants £7500 for the car, not interested in removing the chrome thanks
