Own car envy . . .

Anybody else get this - a little bit "green" when the other half drives off in your FF ?
Mrs W set off for work earlier in the FF in thick freezing fog - it sounded rather good as she left and still did way up the road out of sight. Made me a little envious . . . Big Cry
That bring said, I wouldn't want her job for any money being with 120 ankle biters - she deserves a little treat every now & then !

Thumbs Up Where do you go after one of these . . . ?

Lol yes, the staff under my mrs had been bugging her for ages to go in the RR but I'd resisted so when she did a bit back it was so weird watching it drive up the road and out of sight Crying or Very sad and all day I missed it tbh I used her TT conv to go shop and stuff but not the same they all went out for lunch as well for a drive and scoff at a country pub and sent me a pic I said make sure you park it safe away from door bangers! _____________________________________________________

Not a problem for me as my wife will only drive small manual cars and has never driven my Peugeot 406 V6, Mondeo V6 Ghia X, Kia Sorento, Nissan Pathfinder or my current FFRR and E32 BMW. And I don't like driving small manual cars much so I rarely drive the Citroen Picasso. There is a difference between knowing your sh!t and knowing you're sh!t

My Mrs ONLY likes her Defender110 V8, but uses the roller skate of the blue oval to work, so I have no fear of the FF driven by her Thumbs Up

If the IId tool cant fix it.......burn the FF.

My partner flies planes for a living so luckily he could not care less about cars (since they're all about 500 mph too slow for him as he always says). At least that's what I thought. He drove the RR for the first time today. I don't think I'm going to ever get it back.

Oh, and if you've never ridden in a car with a pilot, it's terrifying, downright terrifying. 2007 Range Rover Supercharged

SWMBO likes driving our FFRR, she used to drive the D3 lots too...never liked the A8 as it was too long and too low she said. I use her Honda Jazz too BUT other road users don't seem to give you the courtesy given when in the FF Rolling Eyes

I am quite the opposite of the envy though..I like watching her take mine out as I rarely get to see it moving from that angle Thumbs Up Is this where I put the car details and a bit about myself ?........

good point that Nick, unless you 'do' let someone else drive your pride and joy you wont get to see it in all its glory.....
i think a visit to a big field or car park with no obstacles is on the cards for me so i can let the wife have a drive so i can admire it..
