DOOR LOCK PROBLEMS

I have the L322 Range Rover 2002. Recently the alarm have gone on and off. The key can no longer be used remotely and I have to unlock and lock the doors manually. The alarm has continued to turn on and off, day and night. All I can do is just to lock and unlock the door but then the alarm will still continue after about 15 minutes. Yesterday, the alarm was on again and when I tried to unlock, the key turned loose and the doors get locked and the worst thing the whole door latch came out. I'm not too sure if you called it 'latch' but it's where you insert the key. The door get locked now and I can't open the door. It's long public holiday here now and I can only get to send the car to the agent in 3 days, I wonder if anyone can help me. Thanks.

When you say ; (I tried to unlock, the key turned loose and the doors get locked and the worst thing the whole door latch came out.)
Do you mean the lock is not in the door now? Or the lock is just turning in the handle...?

DOOR LOCK PROBLEM WITH L322 2002

Thanks for your reply Cam-Tech-Craig.

I mean the lock barrel came off together with the key stuck in the barrel. The alarm has gone off and we did not get to hear it anymore since yesterday but now we can not unlock the car and I am afraid I might need to tow the car to the Agent.
