I've got the same problem and seen French Mikes post - purchased the resistors to do the fix myself (already replaced glow plug)

Mine started working again today. Went out early to work and the car was set for a 7.30 start in the program

just leave all settings on auto with temp dials at probably 24ish ,depends on temp in cab when i park up to what the dials are on at the time |

the temp should be set to more than 16 degrees, the fan blower must be on and the vents open..
