Does anyone have a close up (ish) pic of a Vogue with factory fitted privacy and one with after market tints on the back windscreen. Just want to see if you can notice the difference...

i have factory tints on the back, you cant tell the difference from the stick on film from the out side,or even the inside...but when i lower the window you can see the factory tint is in the glass as the film will stop short of the top edge by a mm or so. V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

Also when film is applied to the inside of the rear windows the antennae and heated rear screen elements show more because they are also stuck onto the surface of the glass, the factory tint is tinted glass and the antenae etc are stuck on top of that so there is no air trapped. 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

I'm guessing in case a non-tinted car comes up at the right price that ticks all the other boxes...

had to after after fit tint cos tint have it and I wanted it, not as good, but acceptable, and you can tell, if you know what to look for No body told me there would be days like these

tim's correct..i done this on a s-max zetec to make it look like a titanium model and from a distance its looks the same but close up the heating lines do stand out a bit against the black...worth it though..

Thanks guys, it was just because I was at the Land Rover Dealer on Sunday having a nose around and I thought the antennae and heated rear screen elements showed quite allot on the cars I saw... I just wanted to make a comparison. I can easily tell if a sport has after market tints, it stands out a mile..

btw it lad, lots of dealers actually send their new motors to after market tint peeps cos its cheaper for the buyer...
