I'm no expert on LPG but I have been tracking your tale of woe from when you first joined the forum.

Tallsaj - what issues are you seeing in your FFRR? Engine light etc?

Gents try to get hold of a real LPG specialist, if possible one that has extensive experience with the make and type of the system in your car and FFRRs as well.

Gents the problem is there on petrol and log. I am pretty sure my car was running ok on petrol. I only drove it for a week on petrol when I bought the car and it went to have the lpg done around May 2013 and ever since then.probe. Initially I kept on going back and fro to the lpg fitter and then after 2 months of doing this he said lets try it on petrol and exact same probe if anything drove slight better on lpg than petrol. Like I have mentioned before its giving random misfires codes p0310 ad p0171/p0174. Well I only got 2 things left to do before I start going mad. Tomorrow going to get pcm updated and then whenever loss a smoke test to check for leaks. I still can't believe one else in the world has a SC with same prob as mine.. |

Considering that it started with the conversion could indicate that something went wrong right there. Something along the lines of intermittent false air or electrical connector/wiring damaged or damaged sensors.

to the OP - has your LPG man mapped the lpg system properly at different loads , or has he just self calibrated the LPG ecu and hoped it would be ok?

Tbh not sure I know originally he said U rev the car to 5000rpm for a while and he said the petrol ECU will adjust automatically but I know after he did try some manual adjusments even uploaded working software from a okay running SC sport because he said that was working perfectly. |

Dingg1 could be on to something by the sounds of it. There are a few LPG conversions described on the forum where the programming was done on road. Maybe try one of those fitters to see if that helps. The SC engine management is notorious for needing a "perfect" mix. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!

The LPG fitter did all that he took out the system and put it back he even checked for air leaks with brake carb cleaner. He is willing to help. When he did mine in may last year it was the first one he had converted. At first he said will take week to do but I was surprised 2 days later when he said it was ready.I think since then he has 2 or 3 without any issues he says. |
