Bluetooth module xvj500042

Hi.
Help please
I have one of these in my FFRR and it doesn't work with newer phones. Works ok with an 8 year old Nokia.
I know I can't do an exchange.
So does anyone know what my options are?
TIA

Brian

P.S. Just spoken to main stealer and they reckon the firmware isn't on the module but built into the car??
Are they having a laugh

I had the same problem.
Member on here called wiggs sorted me out by way of exchanging the Bluetooth module with an updated one. Works with my iPhone 5S even.

Here the link http://bluetoothexchange.co.uk
