No did not go through the river which was over a bridge on a proper road. Went through previous one which was fine but the water was moving at a frightening speed and was around 50 cm deep so would have been serious force. Drove across that bridge 12 hours earlier and it was bone dry.

A puncture and scratched three alloys. The L405 is so wide! When one wheel is in the ruts the other is out on the otherside. That makes the wheels vulnerable. But that was the reason for specifying the 20" alloys. Will get some off road tyres with some stronger sidewalls and possibly a set of 21's for daily use.

Nothing other than a few superficial scratches on the car at all that will just need a gentle hand polish that's despite pushing the fir trees out of the way.
