I could be wrong but that looks like the Nav DVD that goes with the touch screen system and what you ned is a BMW Mk4 DVD Nav, they are not the same system , the touch screen one is fiber optic and works on the MOST transport system . 2008 MY Supercharged

there is no way you can install a touch screen to you car, and that nav unit is for later car V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

I paid £170 for it on ebay. I'm busy at the moment trying to see if I can get a refund. If not I'mm gonna have to advertise it. Just to avoid me making the same mistake, does anyone know the part no. for the mk4 dvd unit? |

hi mate, you just need to get a mk4 dvd unit, they are from the bmw as well...mk3 is cd based

dave, whats the benefits of having the dvd based unit, is it quicker map rendering and detailed mapping.. |

Birds eye view sort of graphics and I think it's a little faster, basically, just modernised. 2006 Mercedes CLS

so no 3d view unless you have the mk4 touch screen etc.. |

no, you will have 3d graphics, it will be faster.7 digit postcdes, maps and upgrades are easier to get, custom splash screens but you will lose your off road option V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.
