For selling concert tickets , i was just looking through their front page and they say that the seller does not get paid until after the actual event ...

Meaning , buyer buys tickets , seller sends tickets to buyer , buyer goes to said concert , then stub hub pays the seller ....

So what happens if the buyer decides not to go after receiving tickets , or after the event makes out he never received the tickets

Reason for asking is mainly down to why E-bay have changed all their regs for on behalf of the buyer and it is e-bay who own Stub hub

Yeah i know e-bay own stub hub , but e-bay in the last 2 month have changed all their rules and regulations whereby it means if a buyer were to receive something and made out to ebay that they never received it ebay can automatically refuse to pay the seller and reimburse the buyer .

Hence why my question about stub hub ====================================

Send the tickets by Special Delivery - or similar - and you should be OK
