Slight knock at slow speed question

Hi we have now developed a slight knock at low speeds over bumpy roads, it seems to disappear above 20 mph
Done a search and it may be the drop links ? Which I will have looked at and sorted ASAP
But my question is we've got to visit the father in law over the weekend, who lives 300 miles away 85 % motorway mileage do you think we'd be ok to do a round tip of 600 miles over 3 days with out it causing other problems ?
I know it's a How long is a bit of string question.
Cheers
Lee

If it's the drop links it will cause slight tracking issues - so *could* wear down your tyres unevenly a bit more quickly.... Land Rover Addict

Thanks for your quick replies
Did you do your links yourself or garage ?
Could I ask what you paid ?
Cheers

Drop links are one of the easiest jobs to do for DIY. There are a few write ups with people doing it themselves.
They are not expensive. I was under £30 when I got mine. Previously..
