Warped High Level Brake Light . . .

Strange one this. Went out to FF today to find the above warped at the front/top left. It looked just like someone had tried to prise it off. After having removed the lense, however, I found the lense had warped and separated from the fitting . . . Why ? Anyone else had this ?

Thumbs Up Where do you go after one of these . . . ?

Possibly the heat from the sun that causes it to split over a number of years, I glued mine and placed a heavy weight on top until the glue set

+1 - mine split open along the seam, let water in and knack erred the LEDs , is not very good when you think about it, the replacement was about £60 Sad

Like others mine split.
Removed it from the car and superglued the join back together. Over a year since I did it and the stupidly strong sunlight down here hasnt popped it again.
If you have a tube of superglue and a few spanners you havev nothing to loose.
