Ok, I'll admit I'm confused. It looks like 2010 .... what is all this rubbish about dual view screen/rse/new lights/vents?? They are all on the current model - or doesn't the oilburner have any of that?

My 2p worth:

I think the front end looks more like a Freelander - far too soft for my taste.

The wheels always look like wagon wheels - they don't suit the car IMHO.

The new side vents are unimaginative, I think.

The lack of gear lever leaves the centre console looking 'unfinished'.


...I still want one. Researching my first Range Rover purchase

Some journos just don't follow it all ! those updated happend in late 09 indeed

I reckon the most important asset of the 2011 TDV8 is it 8 Speed ZF Gbox leading to low emmissions and great mileage

brand new TDV8 is a bit more punchy too, though evolution not as drastic as in between TD6 and previous TDV8

rear electric seats with fan for bottom and back is not bad either ! Whistle
