Picked up my new Vogue SE in causeway grey 2 weeks ago and it’s already been back to the workshop as the ‘Drive Rotary Selector’ won’t engage so it can’t be driven. This of cause happened when it was parked at the top of my drive so I couldn’t get the other cars out that morning. It has now been sorted out but ‘Harwoods Land Rover Croydon’ managed to put a dent in the driver’s door and scratch the front wing above the wheel arch while they were fixing it. As you can imagine I’m a little fu@k’d off at the moment. Apart from that it’s by far the most comfortable car I have ever owned. |

Send it back pronto. You will lose faith in the car even when it's fixed. Get rid. |

It's very hard to reject a car. Suggest you tell them to fix the dent and scratch and provide you with a VSE as a courtesy car until your one is fixed to your satisfaction 56 TDV8 Vogue SE

Have wondered about this stupid Jag nob jamming, would be fun if you were at the front of a Eurostar when it happened. Putting a proper leaver like I had in the facelift would be a significant step to me placing an order for a 405.

Returning a vehicle under a scheme which is run by a dealer is not rejecting the vehicle. 56 TDV8 Vogue SE

You have rights to reject any new car back to supplier if the car is not fit for purpose or is not sold or supplied as so. Also as the car has been damaged by the supplying dealer there is not even an issue with rejection. Far to many gone... |

All sorted. ad the car back for 2 weeks and all is OK. They (Harwwods) said it was a simple software prob, and sorted it in under 20 minutes. Since they did that all the software seems to be working double quick. |
