After my saga with seized rear track arm brought it back to have alignment redone at weekend. Steering wheel is now off to the right pity as car drives quite well but can't focus on enjoying it as the steering wheel really me off. So looks like I will have to go back again Present :2008 TDV8 HSE

Aside from that, if the steering angle sensor is not zeroed, sooner or later you'll pop a fault. Many modern cars have steering angle sensors for the stability control systems - not just RRs. This does not necessarily speak for the alignment shop...

60 quid isn't that expensive - let me know where as well please. I can easily get to Cheshire particularly if the alignment place is conveniently near a pub that I will be taking SWMBO out to lunch at Geoff |

Mine went to Jeffreys in Warrington. They checked the whole lot and quoted £120 as 'worse case' scenario but when they called to say it was ready it was a shade under £60 with VAT.

£60 I had to cough up £160 to get mine done, the guys said that it was because the rear adjusters were seized solid, so they ended up stripping and copper greasing the eccentric bolts etc |
