Siezed ful flap

Is there a manual release it appears my central locking has stopped working this weekend leaving my fuel flap locked on my 02 L322 vogue petrol http://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/images/smiles/icon_bigcry.gif Regards

Should be a red pull cable in the boot underneath the trim
