How to cancel?

I've sent 3 E-mails to this German firm today to 3 different E-mail addresses from their website. The first got a delivery failure and the last 2 have had no reply.

I can't work out the German website. Am I missing something. How did people cancel... just via E-mail or via some tab on their website (as mentioned, whilst they took the money from my Paypal account, I never got a receipt for the purchase)?

They are not a German company!

Based in the far-east hence why you have yet to receive a reply!

And check your spam/junk inbox for emails, they may have been misrouted.

@ Stryke, others had received replies around the same time frame as me... I should have said German website perhaps Embarassed . The website does say it's a 24/7 staffed site too.

Thanks for all of the replies. I've since tried the mail address sales@autoobd2.de. and a response is still pending.

They're probably not replying to me because I'll bet you they've sent me the last pair that we all thought we were ordering in the first place Rolling with laughter

Anyway, I've since seen ones with the Gotham City hologram and I'm going for that Cool
