That's good to hear. I have used Stratstone for many years, in fact since the days of PJ Evans. It's not so much about the name over the door though, more the people inside. If you find a good bloke just hang on to his coat tails.

I've followed my chaps through 4 dealerships now and I still drive 60 miles to get it serviced etc. Worth their weight in gold.

Glad you're sorted too. There's no better feeling than a car you love being right on song.

I have to say, I have never yet heard a bad word said against Stratstone's Cardiff... They do seem to be very good guys...

the relief of having a working range must be enormous Ryan...i'm really pleased that after all those problems and months of anxiety ,you finally can enjoy your fullfat.....i will miss our 'conversations' though  ... - .- -.

I also wish to echo Ryan's words.

I have an identical S/C that I bought from the same dealership and from the same people two weeks after Ryan's appearance. I also experienced a few issues which resulted in two seperate week-long dealer visits.

Whilst my tenacity isn't to the levels that Ryan has demonstrated, my feeling about Stratstone remains the same. In adversity, they shone and resolved all my issues and tolerated my many rants to them with the utmost professionalism.

My issues pale into insignificance against Ryan's, but I thought it appropriate to back up Ryan here to show that his positive experiences weren't isolated. Like Ryan, I'd happily buy from Stratstone Cardiff again. Si. <This is my name.
