Headlights, rear clusters facelift

have searched the forum and found some old threads on this issue but nothing recent, my Dec 07 model obviously has the old lights, is there now a simple working update fix?

Speak to the site sponsor DCC 4x4, they do the conversion, LED lights require some wiring changes. Discovery 4 HSE
