TDV8 battery change

Hi,

Looks like my FF needs a new battery as it go's flat if i leave it for a week. Is there anything I need to be worried about when changing it. I was thinking about keeping the car "alive" by connecting my charger to the remote battery terminals whilst I do the swap. Mabey feed it with 2 amps?

Cheers

Geoff
