Leak but from what?

Been away for a week and under the car towards the front it's been dripping oil onto my drive. Traced where the oil is dripping from, it's towards the front of the car just back from the front tyres in the middle from a flat plastic looking plate. No idea what it is! Off to the garage then! Welcome home Thumbs Up

Scotland 2014 Range Rover Vogue SDV6 Santorini Black

This post was about a leak that included a leak coming out through the undertray. The tray was removed and 3 leaks sourced/ repaired, all as per the below thread for your assistance:
http://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/topic20141.html?highlight=leaking

The leaks in our case were -

• Oil Leak - Engine - visible via discharge out of under tray holes. On closer inspection and stripping components, this was reportedly attributable to the front offside driveshaft seal which was replaced.

• Oil Leak - Front diff - diff was weeping/ had a teardrop type leak. Pinion seal. Replaced the actual front diff.

• Gearbox Sum Pan - Oil leak. Visible/ sump and surrounding areas looked wet. Replaced the actual gearbox sump and the sump seal which involves draining existing oil, replacing with new oil and new filter (this equates to a gearbox service. The new oil & filter should help to prolong gearbox life).

Hope it's something simple Thumbs Up

Ok so it's the gearbox sump as the component with slight wetness on is the one in pld118's last picture. Also underneath on the plastic cover it says zf (after crawling underneath).

More news when I get it!

Just booked my car out of a main dealer and into and indie by me;
Main dealer wanted £461 to replace the leak culprit, the gearbox electrical connect sleeve. So off to Ian Barclay in Birkenhead. Thanks Mark for heads up.
