Drain it off as it's not good for the crankshaft or con rods slapping it when it's running |

to much can be as bad as having not enough..i'd drain some off to be safe. ... - .- -.

Had my Porsche serviced at the main dealer and they overfilled the oil, 2 weeks later oil was spewing out the crankshaft oil seal. Gearbox had to be removed sump dropped to fit a new seal, an expensive mistake for the main dealer |

A little overfill (few mm above the max cold mark) is not a problem but 1 to 1.5 liter is likely to cause some issues. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
