Good find I still can't find a set of 20" style 9 or 11's at a reasonable price within budget, no matter what I put in the search Better to be irresponsible and right, than to be responsible and wrong.

I was incredibly lucky to get these and it was only because they were listed as Land Rover stormer alloy wheels. If they had been listed correctly and the tyres described in full they would have fetched a lot more.

Alistair: Saw those and was tempted by the price, but tbh condition is putting me off a little... Fussy I know! Spose they could be refurbed but that'll add to overall cost. Prefer to have a set in better/mint condition and pay a bit extra... Ideally under a grand tho, with some tyres

while on ebay looking for 20s try searching under VW T5 or transporter, the 20" stormers and V-spokes are very popular with V-Dub T5 owners so there's often a lot not even labled up as LR or RR !! Is this where I put the car details and a bit about myself ?........ |

Would a set of those stormers go straight on a MY2010 with brembos...? Better to be irresponsible and right, than to be responsible and wrong.

Also beware of buying Stormers as there a several big companies manufacturing replicas and selling Wheel Tyre combo for about £800.

Agree with Gaz....I went to see some replica stormers and they looked ok on the surface but they were a lot lighter and the paint was thinner...these are the ones you see advertised as "RRS, D3, D4 and T5".... Is this where I put the car details and a bit about myself ?........ |

I've noiced the amount replicas out there, same with style 11's quite a few replicas for sale on the bay, some a close copy but no cigar. Normally you can spot the difference in the spacing between the lettering 'range rover' on the spokes... They go for around £550-£600 mark... Personally, I'd stay away due to the suspect quality of finish & cheaper build quality. Better to be irresponsible and right, than to be responsible and wrong.

Not wanting to put a further dampener on things but they are also RRS size tyres, 275's should be 45 profile which is the closest rolling radius to 255/50/20 OEM, the 40 profile are under size and are for the smaller RRS 2021 L405 Vogue SE 4.4 V8 DIESEL ~ #17 |
