( As for the photo, take it from me you can photograph anyone in a public place or a place to which the public have access by express or implied permission. You can also publish a photo of anyone engaged in any legal activity on any website, forum or picture library. Of course if they object you'd remove the photo.

I had a second string career as a sports photographer and the only time I needed permission to photograph were at events to which the public paid to gain entry on private grounds, i.e Eventing, Rugby 7's, Dressage etc.

If you couldn't take photos of people going about their daily routine we would not have Youtube or great photos from Cartier Bresson, Robert Frank or Paul Strand. I just have a different point of view re photos )

I agree, and an experiment I undertook comparing cost verses mpg between std unleaded and super unleaded showed for an 8% cost increase I got 15% more mpg. I can see one thing that is wrong in this photo, it's the idiot who is using his mobile phone on a fuel station forcourt!
