Tried the aftermarket pads by Mintex on my 4.4 / 2003 - they were horrid, squealed under light pressure or a trailing brake, tried copper grease, tried the anti- squeal shims then went back to genuine ones, no more squealing. Thanks Dan.

Genuine pads are waaaaay overpriced IMHO. You can buy uprated pads for less than genuine parts

Or anything Advanced Factors are selling. Steve has done his homework on the bits he sells, so you can buy with confidence, knowing you won't have any issues

I use OE from the dealer in the Netherlands and they do have a tendency to squeal a bit as well under slow crawling in traffic mode (very common over here). My pads come direct from the dealer in Holland as I don't have the option for doing aftermarket here ;(. Well I do have the option to find pads "on the market" but not sure if I really want to go there, besides prices here are ridiculous anyway. It is cheaper to order the parts in Holland, pay all the freight cost and then it is still heaps cheaper then buying them here  MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!
