My local dealer has comprehensively failed to sort out some niggley problems on my RR. I wanted to get someone else to try before the warranty runs out.

Most convenient from work are Stratstone Mayfair. I also pass Lookers Park Royal occasionally and could get the train in from there.

At home, I guess the most convenient (other than the local one) is Bishops Stortford.

Has anyone had experience of the Service side of these as I am getting a bit cross about the way I have to book a month in advance and it comes back with the same fault and seemingly new ones...

Well, I've had good service experience (D3 and FFRR) at Lookers in Bishops Stortford. Certainly good enough for me to keep going there. Graham

Something says Stratstone Mayfair just has to be more expensive..... plus the congestion charge just to get there !

They used to do all the Jag servicing by Kings Cross - not sure where they actually do the Range Rover work

I wouldn't use Lookers Park Royal for anything. I have had appalling treatment from both sales (documented in another thread) and service. They are without doubt the worst option in the London area in my view.
