for a roof box, bars will do the job, though the standard LR bars may be a little wide for a lot of the boxes on the market.
Also fitting the rails and bars you are looking at will mean that you have to permanently leave the "tracks" in position and you have to snap off the fixpoint covers to fit them, LR do a set of sport bars which are the bars less the tracks, these are meant to be more removable i think but are still wide.......
one solution is a thule system, i was looking at this the other week, it comprises of a foot kit, bracket adaptor, and set of bars. I think in total it came out at around 140 notes, but the bars are standard size so will fit most boxes, also they clip round the door frames so you dont have to remove the fixpoint covers.

as far as i can tell no one as yet does an aftermarket system which fits into the lr fixpoints on the roof.
One other option is to ask your local LR dedaler if they rent the load systems. i noted that Hunters near us does. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
