Redundancy is never a bad thing. Should GreenOval ever go away, there won't be another source (actually, I believe there is one other DL available from a South American LR club or some such). So your seeding it as a torrent is only good - provided the torrent stays alive.

I don't think people are having trouble with the link itself as much as with finding it if it's not handed to them on a platter...
