another cracking service from Adam and the service team. had the new 4.4 a week and a few niggles. Adam had the car for 3 days and went through it with a fine toothcone delivered back to the house washed and valeted with everything sorted and lots of ecu / software updates done.

I'll second that. I've used Harwoods (was Testers) since 2000. Three Freelanders, two RRSs and now the FFRR. Adam and Steve do a cracking job and really look after you.

I went to order a new car from them a few years back, and the sales guy gave be such a lecture (in a very unfriendly way) for asking for a discount we walked out - maybe he was having an off day.... Went over to the dealer in tonbridge same morning and ordered - discount and all. Having said that, it was a couple of years back and the parts chaps have always been top knotch when I've needed parts

Not my experience at all. I've bought 5 quite expensive cars from these guys over the last 13 years. I have always been treated courteously and whilst I never ask for one, I have always secured a decent discount. If you for a discount ask up front, you upset the salesman. Build up a relationship with them and they'll get the car you want at the price you want to pay. They also go out of their way to get other freebies for you -LRE vouchers, extra accessories, invites to LR promo events etc etc.

I am a very happy customer and I'd recommend this dealer to anyone who asks.

I have been thinking about using them for a service. However, 1 year ago, when looking at the prices of the services on their web site, the quote for the 2nd service for my MY11 was over £1000 pounds. Yes, over a grand.

They asked why i didn't book. Go figure I said.
This year they called me....only £700 quid this year for an oil change and inspection.
Er having a laugh aren't you was my response.
Ok, how about £500 quid they asked.
Call me back if you will knock off 20%....they didn't bother, so some people are clearly prepard to pay it.
My local indy will do it for £300 quid - Beadles of Sidcup for £400 quid.

Always had excellent service from them and been going there since September 2000 with my Defender. Current Range Rover was bought from them 7 years ago by my Dad and we had excellent service. Tried buying my now sold Disco 3 from them but the salesman was useless so drove over to Tonbridge the same afternoon and bought one there and then, great.

Would definitely recommend and they always go out of there way to help out as well
