Thanks, just back from camping. I phoned assist and they came out and got me started. Battery tested and was fine but I really did not think I drained that much power blowing up airbeds. Turns out their is a recall for 2010 TDV8's which included a wireing modification and new gel battery which I will book it in for. |

Did you leave doors etc open, have radio on, run a cool box, breathe on it funny, look accusingly in its direction, if so the battery will be flat.

Trust me you don't need to use it much to drain the battery to the point it will not start! You are correct about the recall for a new battery and wiring modification (or battery monitor to give it its correct name) After which, when the engines not running, you will enjoy a massive 10 minutes or so with the radio/ICE system on before you get a low power warning and everything switches off Great for the DVD system
