Colour combinations

If like me you have wondered about how some colour combinations might work I've just seen a black L405 with a silver roof. I can honestly say it looked ghastly. Spotted in Melbourne.

Started with the Evoque but seems slightly vulgar on the FFRR, Sport can probably carry it off. 2019 D5 HSE Lux SDV6 Indus

Agree with Nick I saw the same colour combo in Dundee recently...looked naff and thought it might as well have had an ice cream cone stuck on the roof just to finish it off...looks ok on a Citroen DS3 but never on a FFRR Big Cry

I've seen a few in Luxor with the black roof, white with black roof, also saw a black with the full Atlas side vent package and a silver roof, it looked odd.

how about this then....

There was also an Evoque in black with Sicilian roof...and the sicilian yellow continued inside too on the dash etc. PUKE. Discovery 4 HSE

2019 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Aintree Green

Saw an Evoque in that colour in Kensington last night.

Saw an L405 in Madagascar Orange with a black roof a couple of weeks ago. UK-registered too.

Saw some new FFRRs at the dealership a few weeks ago. IMHO black roofs worked nicely, as did ones the same colour as the rest of the car. White or silver roofs - no!
