I'm sure it will be better than the Z10 my company made me have. HATE HATE HATE.

Much of my ire is related to the w@nk touchscreen and the supposed adaptive keyboard.
it's SO slow and buggy,

I'm really keen to try the Q10 as it looks much better with a proper keyboard.

(that said I still like my iPhone 5)

In other news the BB works fine with my Bluetooth (Nokia from an 07 model)

Enjoy! Thumbs Up

I had my old Bberry Bold 9900 stolen when in Italy. I have to get a new one but the IT team tell me that the Q10 and Z10 need the enterprise server to be upgraded and then all the other Bberry users in the firm would need new handsets.

I also heard that Z10 returns were happening faster than new sales at one stage...

Yep, one of the reasons I have a BB again is that they wanted BES control. the gonks in IT didn't check ergo they also have to update...

Annoyingly when they DO update they can manage iOS and Android too as BB switched to AS... I COULD have kept the iPhone 5. Censored Censored Censored Censored

We've sent three Z10 back, Gaz, keep us posted. If I have to have a RIM (job) and the Q10 is as good as it seems, I'll load the Z10 into a clay trap and have at it! Thumbs Up

BBs have much better security (encryption etc.) and the roaming cost are a lot lower than "the others". Hence we stay with the BBs and are not switching to the BB10 models (cost !!!!).

Lot of people want to use their iPhone or Android phone (including me with my own Galaxy) but cost of roaming is horrendous and security is not good enough unless you buy additional security software to get it to BB standards.

I did get good feedback from our Applications Manager who is an iPhone fan and bought the Z10 as well. He hated BB before but admitted the Z10 was quite good.

Because BB encryption is so good, some countries (UAE !) don't allow them to be used with the BB server. I'm pretty sure the NSA doesn't have any issue with the encryption though. Still for "normal" business use they are well enough encrypted/secure. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!

Just finished setting the Q10 up and so far I am VERY impressed it has the same computing power and memory as a £400 laptop....

Very clear Display and just feels right in the hand. They keys are huge and tactile and all account set-ups worked first time.

More later...
