What else compares to a FFRR

Just had a day out at Skelthwaite show today (cumbria) just out of intrest had a sit in a X3 , Shogun, Jaguar XF, RRS etc etc, all of them fall way short of my FFRR VSE in feel, general looks and luxury so just wondered what comes close for similar money and practicality. Apart from nothing.

Bentley are there - I don't really like them, but a mate turned up in a Super Sport last night and it was lovely inside - Censored quick too and had the biggest brake callipers I've ever seen.

I still don't like them though - and he'd spent more than FFRR money, so not sure that counts.

Cayenne build quality is arguably better but damn they are ugly and not as good off road. My mates also laughed when i suggested i may purchase one - which kinda concluded it for me Very Happy 3.0 VSE - 2015MY

I'm going for a classic - a mint Rover P6 V8 auto drove past me this morning Cool
The guy driving it had a familiar (happy !) look on his face !

And, the P6 was designed by David Bache . . . who also partly designed the Range Rover. It must be in the DNA -

Thumbs Up Where do you go after one of these . . . ?

Totally agree with you, I think they are a bit naff, a bit footballers wives! wealth doesn't by taste I am afraid Thumbs Up oppulance should be discreet and IMHO they are now too much in your face.
