Fancy a sleeper?

Ugly as sin, maybe a hoot to drive though!

United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Supercharged 4.2 SC V8 Zermatt Silver

I like the looks. Compared to monstrosities such as a Renault Wing or Mini Coupe, it's positively beautiful.

Nice and different. Put a set of steel wheels and Halfords plastic-fantastic wheel trims on for extra Q-car cred. Thumbs Up Si. <This is my name.

I eat rat poison.

A man ain't truly been insulted until he stands buck naked in front of a woman and she didn't even notice. Or care.

. . . . never seen a 4x4 Cosworth Scorpio / Granada before - I think they mean as it has 4WD

Thumbs Up Where do you go after one of these . . . ?

The second one is a standard Scorpio Cosworth 2.9 24V. The first one is a conversion, Ford (Cossie or otherwise) never offered a production Scorpio with a turbo.

BTW, I thought "4x4" and "4WD" were synonymous? What's the difference? Graham

Scotland 2017 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Loire Blue

I'm curious to know how it can still be registered as a 2.3 when the conversion was done at the factory? Surely they would have re-registered it? Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue
Had- 2008 TDV8 Vogue SE in Java black
Had - 2007 S/C in Stornoway Grey

Could mean "Built at Turbo Technics" maybe...? Standard 24V Cossie Scorpio, I can't see any viable reason why Ford's special vehicles people would start with a 2.3 and swap everything over. That said I don't recall a 4x4 Scorpio anyway, only Sierras. Graham

Graham -
^^ Got mixed up with my response - doh !
I've never seen a 4x4 Cosworth Scorpio - pretty sure the production cars were all RWD ?
They certainly did 4WD Granada's - we had a few at work, this being the last one -

I guess the TT Scorpio must have the same running gear as the car above. That was a 2.9i 4WD with the MT75 gearbox. Excellent to drive in poor weather. Not particularly quick but very grippy !

Thumbs Up Where do you go after one of these . . . ?
