Just been through the engine saga and 4k for a reconditioned engine is fiction. More often than not they need turbos so add another 3 k.
I waited 5 months for LR to supply a "new" engine and ended up with an engine with small end problems even though fully rebuilt by LR. Core engines are the problem so be wise if looking to do a recon exchange. You will get your old engine back at best, or loose the lot. TDV8 Vogue SE 2009.
