United Kingdom 2002 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Giverny Green
Software issues.

Hi
I have a 2002 vogue and I am having trouble with updating the software.
I bought a latest disc from bay but it just kept ejecting, so I contacted the seller who told me if my software has never been updated I will have trouble but he kindly sent me free of charge an earlier version v25 I thing but this just comes up with disc error on the screen.
I have a cd based player with non touch screen nav.
Is there a way I can see what version software I am up to?
What is the best way/cost effective to update so I can install latest maps.

Any help or advice will be very much appreciated

have you purchased the DVD based maps or CD based maps? if your 2002 car still has its original MK3 sat nav unit you need CD maps if it has been upgraded to an MK4 unit you need DVD maps. Check my website out for more info www.myrangerover.co.uk

Check secret codes on the wiki, software version can be found that way .
