Yep they fold, in the same way as standard seats. Bit of investigation over the weekend reveals my new steed was a company order and used by a Chauffer. It has electric rear seats that move back and forwards and recline provided the base is slid forward as parcel shelf/load cover limits recline. TDV8 Vogue SE 2009.

I think they were on the Ultimate edition first, then more widely available right at the end

I believe they were std fit on the run out L322 autobiography models. movement is pretty limited though and unless you are a chauffeur I reckon a bit of a gimmick. impress your mates though !!!! 3.0 VSE - 2015MY

They didn't appear on all the 4.4 Autobiography cars sadly.

I have seen listings on the bay for rear dog guards from LR that are compatible with the reclining rear seats. I guess it must be a slightly different design to the standard guard to affix to the moving seat back. Tom

I have standard type dog guard, clips in at top and fixes to locating tags on back of seats by way of strap with adjuster. Does not fit any differently than it did in my 2002 Vogue. TDV8 Vogue SE 2009.
