I'm guessing your dads hands were permanently dirty until 2004?

The earlier cars were a labour of love for me. Constantly breaking. Four of the eleven had to have head gaskets and the first had most of it's major parts replaced in the first few months.

Worst thing I've had on a full fat was a steering rack fail, thankfully under warranty! Other than that they renewed my love for the marque with unfailing reliability Very Happy

Hoppy, every single one has been filthy. My Dad uses his RR's like a farmer abuses their Defenders.

Over the years he has sold them on with 'issues' such as a crease across the roof from dropping tree limbs on it, dents from descending pheasants, wheat growing in the footwell carpets...I could go on!

His current L322 TD6 Vogue doesn't have a dent or scratch free panel on it, paint is peeling off the bumpers, the interior is dusty and cigar stained. You wipe your feet on the way OUT. Shocked Discovery 4 HSE
