Temperature gauge and fuel gauge not reading properly.

After yesterdays fiasco with changing the brake pads the battery was flat this morning. I got home and put the battery on charge eventually when the air suspension and all the other warning lights went off I am left with the feul gauge reading empty (it has over a quarter of a tank) and the temperature gauge is reading minus 4 (outside temp is about 15). Does anyone know how to reset these. I did the steering thing but only after it had been running for about an hour and i had driven it round my field.
Any help would be gratefully followed. Big Cry Traded in my Audi TT 225 for my Range Rover TD6 Autobiography in Java Black. Range Rover now sold.

I'm thinking you should try disconnecting the battery for a while. Do the reset as soon as it starts next time.
I am assuming all was ok before it went flat? Previously..

Thanks Contraband, I have just done the battery disconnectt/re-connect and the gauges are all now working as they should. The only issue I now have is that the exhausts are pretty smoky now and they weren't before. Will fill up tomorrow and put a tin of BG244 or AR6400 hopefully clear out the crud. Traded in my Audi TT 225 for my Range Rover TD6 Autobiography in Java Black. Range Rover now sold.
